As I already have a black gilet, I ordered the taupe colour that I'd had in mind for this winter. It's arrival was perfectly timed - just as the weather finally started to become more autumnal, which meant I could wear it straightaway. I'm so thrilled with it - a great fit - I ordered my normal size which is a little bit loose to allow for layers I might want to add underneath as it gets colder. The fur is super soft and feels so luxurious (especially for the £39 price tag) - perfect to throw on for the school run at this time of year and easy to style with jeans and boots.
Here I am wearing it this weekend:
Fur Gilet c/o Damart
Leopard Scarf c/o Damart
White Top - Ltb at Yard SS13
Skinny Jeans - Zara AW13
Boots - Russell & Bromley (old)
Bag - Mulberry
I loved the picture from the Look Book of the gilet teamed with the leopard print scarf and Damart very kindly sent me this to go with it! As a huge fan of leopard accessories I can't believe I didn't already have one, but it's such a classic item and is going to get so much wear - I was so pleased with it as it's not at all bulky and a complete steal at only £15.
If you like the gilet in black you can see it styled by two of my fellow bloggers Avril here and Michelle here. And for something equally fabulous from the Look Book check out Donna's blog here. You can also find Damart's interactive Look Book on this link.

How funny, Abbi. My blog post today is about the very same item! Yours looks fab on and I agree that the taupe colour way is perfect for blondes. I love mine and I've worn it twice already since getting it on Friday! Lynne x

Ooh, I much prefer the taupe colour to the black! It looks really luxurious. Damart have some great pieces this season and their prices are very reasonable too. I love that you styled it with the leopard print scarf; it looks great. I recently purchased a gilet so hopefully I shall be showcasing it on the blog soon! It's gotten noticeably colder here in Dorset so there will be plenty of opportunities for wearing it! xxx

Thanks Enma, where is yours from? I think it's definitely cold enough, I want heating on, but a grumpy husband is telling me to put a jumper on :(
DeleteI got this one from Roman and managed to snag a 24hr discount code too! Ah, yes my husband is exactly the same! I could be in head-to-toe knitwear and still feel the cold! xxx
